Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an Assistant Manager - Tax to support the tax department in compliance, planning, and reporting within our finance team in Saudi Arabia.

The role requires 3–5 years of tax experience, strong knowledge of tax laws, and proficiency in tax software and Excel. You will collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to optimize the tax position while ensuring regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning.
• Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations and their practical application.
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support tax planning initiatives to minimize liabilities while adhering to regulations.
• Research tax legislation and interpret implications for the organization.
• Liaise with external tax advisors and tax authorities as needed.
• Prepare documentation and reports for internal and external audits related to tax matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed tax considerations into operations.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and propose policy adjustments as necessary.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on tax compliance best practices.
