Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities

• Direct Tax and Zakat in KSA and GCC
• Tax planning and computations
• Indirect Tax - VAT, RETT, Excise and others in KSA and GCC
• Transfer pricing rules and prepare files
• Develop and implement tax reporting systems
• Structure tax-efficient entities and minimize the tax impact
• Compliance and advice on various facets of tax regulations, such as e-invoicing etc.
• Attend to appeals and submissions
• Tax audit and Health check on various facets of tax status for entities
• M&A-related tax advisory and CFO support
