A recruitment firm is looking for an Assistant Tax Manager in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in tax management, with a strong focus on Direct and Indirect Tax regulations within KSA and the GCC. Responsibilities include overseeing tax planning, compliance, and reporting systems. Ideal candidates should be ACCA and CMA certified.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years experience in tax management.
• Strong knowledge of Direct and Indirect Tax regulations in KSA and GCC.
• Experience with compliance and tax planning.

Mansioni

• Manage Direct Tax and Zakat in KSA and GCC.
• Conduct tax planning and computations.
• Oversee Indirect Tax matters including VAT, RETT, Excise.
• Develop tax reporting systems and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Assist in tax audit and health checks.

Responsibilities

• Direct Tax and Zakat in KSA and GCC
• Tax planning and computations
• Indirect Tax - VAT, RETT, Excise and others in KSA and GCC
• Transfer pricing rules and prepare files
• Develop and implement tax reporting systems
• Structure tax efficient entities and minimise the tax impact
• Compliance and advice on various facets of tax regulations, such as invoicing
• Attend to appeals and submissions
• Tax audit and health check on various facets of tax status for entities
• IM&A related tax advisory and CFO support
