Job summary

Rowad Modern Engineering in Medina is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring. You will partner with hiring managers to define roles, post jobs, source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.

You will manage the ATS, ensure a positive candidate experience, contribute to employer branding, attend job fairs, and support onboarding with HR operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full recruitment cycle from sourcing to hire.
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and profiles.
• Strong candidate screening and interview coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ATS with candidate records and recruitment metrics.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and represent the company at recruiting events.
• Prepare offer letters and support onboarding with HR operations.
