Qualifications

• 4–5 years of talent acquisition experience including graduate or early-career programs.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build graduate hiring pipelines and partnerships with universities and student groups.
• Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and proactively develop talent pipelines.
• Design structured graduate assessment processes to identify high-potential candidates.
• Create a transparent, engaging candidate experience that reinforces the employer brand.
• Track and analyze hiring metrics to drive continuous improvement.
