Job summary

leading-edge is seeking an experienced T24 Operational Excellence Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Temenos T24 core banking systems and a proven track record of delivering operational excellence in banking and financial services.

You will analyze configurations, drive process improvements, collaborate with stakeholders, conduct workshops, and develop documentation to support seamless T24 operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Temenos T24 core banking systems.
• Proven track record of delivering operational excellence in banking and financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and processes.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).

Responsibilities

• Analyze current Temenos T24 configurations to identify operational improvements.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement new T24 features and functionality.
• Conduct workshops and training on T24 best practices and operational excellence.
• Maintain documentation of T24 configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks from T24 changes.
• Coordinate with IT teams for seamless integration of T24 changes.
• Develop metrics and benchmarks to measure operational excellence and provide recommendations.
