Job summary

leading-edge is seeking an experienced T24 Process Improvement Analyst to join our team in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Temenos T24 core banking system and experience in analyzing, optimizing, and implementing process improvements.

The role focuses on analyzing, designing, implementing, and monitoring enhancements to T24-based processes, collaborating with business users and IT teams to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in process improvement, analysis, or consulting, with a focus on T24.
• In-depth knowledge of Temenos T24 core banking system, including its architecture, components, and configuration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing T24-related processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Design optimized processes leveraging T24 functionality and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process changes with minimal disruption to business operations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of changes for further improvements.
• Engage with business users, IT teams, and external partners to meet requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Configure T24 to support optimized processes aligned with business needs.
