Job summary

leading-edge is seeking an experienced T24 Operations Analyst to join our team in Riyadh. The role involves monitoring the Temenos T24 system, resolving incidents, and preventing recurring problems to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Computer Science or IT and have at least 2 years of T24 operations experience, with strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in T24 operations, support, or analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of Temenos T24 core banking system, including its architecture, components, and configuration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor T24 system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Analyze, resolve, and document T24 incidents and communicate to stakeholders.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and prevent recurrence.
• Perform routine system maintenance: patching, updates, and backups.
• Provide level 2 support to T24 users and resolve system-related questions.
• Review and improve T24-related processes for efficiency and quality.
• Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
