Job summary

Confidential Government in Riyadh is seeking skilled DevOps professionals to design and operate secure, cloud-native infrastructure across OCI and OutSystems platforms.

You will automate deployment pipelines, implement GitOps with ArgoCD, containerize with Docker/Kubernetes, and ensure observability with Prometheus and Grafana.

Responsibilities

• Design, automate, and operate secure cloud-native infrastructure.

• Administer Linux/Windows servers; patching, hardening, performance optimization.

Job Purpose:

To design, automate, and operate secure and reliable cloud-native infrastructure while ensuring effective system integration, deployment automation, and platform availability. The role will lead hands-on DevOps activities across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), CI/CD and GitOps pipelines, containerized environments, and the OutSystems application landscape.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provision, configure, and operate Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services, including compute, networking, storage, IAM, DNS, and SSL/TLS certificates.
• Build and maintain reusable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and configuration management through Ansible.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI and manage GitOps workflows through ArgoCD.
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes, including Helm, ingress, RBAC, persistent storage, and day-to-day cluster operations.
• Support and maintain the OutSystems platform infrastructure, including environment lifecycle, load balancing, and audit logging.
• Administer Linux and Windows servers, including system hardening, patching, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Manage platform observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and Alertmanager, including dashboards, SLOs, monitoring, and alert routing.
• Support system integration and ensure reliable connectivity and interoperability across applications and infrastructure.
• Participate in incident response and disaster recovery exercises, ensuring timely resolution and service restoration.
• Maintain technical runbooks, infrastructure documentation, and architecture documentation to support operational continuity and knowledge transfer.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related.
• Minimum5 years of relevant experience inDevOps, cloud infrastructure, system integration, platform engineering, or a related technical field.
