Responsibilities

  • Support end‑to‑end systems integration activities across enterprise, digital, infrastructure, and OT platforms.
  • Maintain Interface Registers and Interface Control Documents with data fields, direction, and version history.
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, contractors, client teams, cybersecurity specialists, NOC teams, and operations teams to support interface development and delivery.
  • Capture business and technical requirements, translate them into integration specifications, process maps, interface documentation, data requirements, and technical records.
  • Support test planning and governance for SIT/UAT/FAT/SAT/IST with test cases, data, defects, and sign‑offs.
  • Coordinate release planning, environment matrices, and migration readiness records.
  • Define and monitor integration health metrics, KPIs, and dashboards; ensure security and PDPL compliance.

The role supports the delivery of connected technology systems across NMS, DCIM, BMS, SCADA, GIS, ERP, ITSM, IAM, data platforms, APIs, and operational support environments for a major infrastructure program.

Context

In this role, you will coordinate the technical, operational, and governance activities required to connect multiple enterprise and operational technology platforms into one controlled delivery environment. The position manages interface management, requirements capture, API governance, documentation control, testing coordination, release planning, migration readiness, cybersecurity compliance, and handover preparation. By maintaining integration records, dependencies, risks, defects, and approvals, you help reduce delivery risk and support reliable technology operations after project handover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Utilities Manager and Integration Manager in delivering end‑to‑end systems integration activities across enterprise, digital, infrastructure, and operational technology platforms.
  • Maintain Interface Registers and Interface Control Documents covering data fields, direction, transfer frequency, transport methods, system ownership, RACI responsibilities, version control, and change history.
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, contractors, client teams, technical leads, cybersecurity specialists, NOC teams, and operations teams to support interface development and integration delivery.
  • Facilitate integration coordination meetings, weekly stand‑ups, action tracking, dependency reviews, issue resolution sessions, and technical follow‑ups.
  • Capture business and technical requirements, translate them into integration specifications, process maps, interface documentation, data requirements, and technical records.
  • Support process mapping through swim lanes, sequence diagrams, workflow documentation, system interaction maps, and operational handover flows.
  • Define and document non‑functional requirements for performance, availability, scalability, security, monitoring, observability, resilience, and support readiness.
  • Support API governance activities, including naming standards, versioning rules, OpenAPI specifications, OAuth2, OIDC authentication, rate limits, retry logic, idempotency, and audit logging.
  • Assist with data mapping and quality activities, including ETL rules, reference data alignment, validation checks, mapping sheets, reconciliation logic, and sample payload documentation.
  • Support integration testing across SIT, UAT, FAT, SAT, and IST by preparing test cases, test data, defect logs, evidence packs, and testing sign‑off records.
  • Coordinate environments and releases by maintaining environment matrices, configuration baselines, interface settings, release schedules, deployment dependencies, and technical readiness records.
  • Support release planning, blackout planning, rollback preparation, change management, deployment coordination, and controlled transition into operational environments.
  • Define and monitor integration health metrics, operational KPIs, interface dashboards, alerts, exception reports, and service readiness indicators.
  • Work with NOC, operations, support, and vendor teams to investigate integration incidents, identify root causes, track corrective actions, and improve service stability.
  • Support cutover and migration activities, including migration planning, dry runs, data migration waves, reconciliation reports, go‑live tracking, and hyper‑care support.
  • Coordinate cybersecurity and compliance requirements covering data classification, PDPL compliance, encryption, access reviews, third‑party assessments, and security approvals.
  • Prepare and maintain integration documentation such as interface playbooks, runbooks, operating procedures, sequence diagrams, handover files, and support guides.
  • Maintain RAID logs, risk registers, dependency trackers, decision records, defect registers, approval logs, and change records with full traceability.
  • Ensure integration documents, approvals, test evidence, technical decisions, and interface changes are controlled in line with document management requirements.
  • Support knowledge transfer sessions, operational readiness workshops, support model alignment, and handover briefings for operations and maintenance teams.
  • Help identify integration risks early and work with technical stakeholders to propose mitigation actions, escalation routes, and practical delivery solutions.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in ICT, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in ICT, systems integration, smart city platforms, data center environments, ELV systems, enterprise applications, or digital infrastructure programs.
  • Saudi National candidate with strong technical coordination capability and experience working in complex client‑facing project environments.
  • Strong background in managing system interfaces, integration dependencies, technical documentation, interface governance, and cross‑platform coordination.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Interface Registers, Interface Control Documents, data models, API requirements, RACI matrices, change records, and integration trackers.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MQ messaging, SFTP, OpenAPI specifications, OAuth, OIDC, ETL concepts, data mapping, and data validation.
  • Experience supporting SIT, UAT, FAT, SAT, IST, defect management, test evidence preparation, testing governance, and sign‑off coordination.
  • Practical knowledge of release coordination, cutover planning, migration support, rollback procedures, configuration baselines, and deployment scheduling.
  • Strong understanding of operational readiness, monitoring, dashboard requirements, interface KPIs, incident handling, support processes, and service transition.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as NMS, DCIM, BMS, SCADA, GIS, ERP, finance systems, ITSM tools, IAM solutions, NOC platforms, and SOC environments.
  • Good awareness of cybersecurity standards, data privacy requirements, ISO 27001, PDPL compliance, controlled access, encryption, and third‑party security review processes.
  • Ability to prepare clear documentation, technical reports, action trackers, meeting outputs, decision logs, and handover records.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, technology providers, project managers, and multidisciplinary technical teams.
  • Professional certifications in ITIL, API integration, cybersecurity, networking, cloud technologies, or project management are preferred.
  • Experience with ISO 19650 document management practices, enterprise architecture frameworks, digital twin platforms, IoT ecosystems, or integration governance models is an advantage.
