Job summary

Halliburton seeks an experienced professional to coordinate GeoBalance Applications at the well site and base camp. You will plan personnel and equipment, direct field activities, and ensure strong customer support and safety. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

You will mentor junior staff and work with customers to plan future work, aiming for operational excellence and high customer satisfaction in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with extensive oil field drilling experience.
• Total 9 years in oil field drilling activities, including 6 years in underbalanced or managed pressure drilling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee GeoBalance Applications operations at the well site and base camp.
• Plan job requirements including personnel, equipment setup, site direction and customer support.
• Communicate with PSLs and third parties to ensure tool and well site activity capability.
• Lead, mentor and train lower level personnel in areas of expertise.
• Interface with customers and supervise completion of services to meet/exceed requirements.
• Foster personnel development, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Contact customers for performance follow-up and future work planning.

Job Duties

• Under broad direction coordinates and oversees GeoBalance Applications operations at the well site and base camp

• Contacts customer for performance follow-up and to plan future work

Skills are acquired through completion of a high school diploma and 9 years experience in oil field drilling activities including 6 years of underbalanced drilling and or managed pressure drilling
