Job summary

Areeb Human Resources in Riyadh is representing a client seeking a Civil Senior Engineer to lead design, planning and execution of major civil projects in the city. You will coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.

You will mentor junior engineers, supervise on-site activities, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while delivering constructible, cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of civil engineering experience in large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience with stadium projects.
• Experience managing teams and technical aspects of design and construction.
• Experience with contract management and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, planning, and execution of civil projects to meet specs and quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate components into designs.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and safety.
• Review drawings, plans, and calculations for accuracy.
