Job summary

Ingram Micro in Riyadh is seeking a proactive Presales Engineer to convert customer and reseller inquiries into tailored technical solutions. You will meet end-users to understand requirements, design solution blocks, generate BOMs with vendors, and conduct demos, PoCs, and training for partners and customers.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of presales experience, security and SUSE experience, excellent communication, and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Converting customer/reseller inquiries into the right technical solutions.

• Generating Bills of Materials and designing solution blocks in collaboration with hardware/software vendors.
• Conducting demos and proof of concept presentations to customers.
• Arranging and conducting technical training for partners and customers.
