Job summary

BAE Systems Taif site is seeking a senior role within the Typhoon Maintenance Organisation to lead survival equipment maintenance, ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement while providing functional direction to the team.

You will deliver activities per the shop component repair plan, support RSAF readiness and contribute to improving customer satisfaction and operational readiness. The role requires strong leadership and commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• NVQ3/ONC/OND/BTEC level in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent.
• 7+ years post-qualification maintenance experience in an operational flying aircraft environment OR 3 years on same aircraft type.
• Saudi or Expatriate must obtain SCE membership prior to starting.
• Strong leadership and ability to supervise all levels of engineering personnel.

Responsibilities

• Review maintenance and challenge current practices to identify capacity for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with MOE, LCM, M&CA mandates, RSAF LMR and contractual obligations.
• Provide training and development activities to RSAF and BAE Systems personnel; maintain tasking within timeframes.
• Maintain shop equipment readiness and ensure correct tooling and data are available.
