Job summary

BAE Systems in Taif, Saudi Arabia seeks a senior maintenance professional to deputise in the Typhoon Egress Shop, delivering compliance and continuous improvement while leading a team to meet the repair plan.

You will uphold safety, ensure MOE/LMR adherence, and drive customer-focused maintenance readiness for RSAF contracts, with accountability to primary and secondary line managers.

Qualifications

• Qualified in a technical discipline at NVQ3/ONC/OND/BTEC level or equivalent.
• Leadership experience supervising engineering personnel.
• Experience with safety, compliance and airworthiness practices.

Responsibilities

• Uphold safety-first approach and promote SHE/PS&E.
• Ensure adherence to MOE, MCA mandates and RSAF LMR.
• Maintain manpower and facilities to enable contractual obligations.
• Supervise performance, develop reports and drive CI initiatives.
• Ensure tasks are completed within timeframes for Forward Maintenance and SMU.
• Maintain shop equipment and tooling, ensure data and calibration readiness.
