Job summary

BAE Systems Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Life Support Manager to deliver and manage Forward Operations Life Support for RSAF Typhoon across KSA. You will coordinate with the Typhoon Operations Manager and Forward Maintenance Team Leader to ensure timely EIS upgrades and reporting, while maintaining strict engineering standards.

The role requires ex-military background, supervisory experience, and meticulous attention to detail, with deployment to Taif and Saudi-wide responsibilities.

Qualifications

Ex-military background with supervisory/management experience.
Experience in high tempo operational military aviation environments.
Strong understanding of life support equipment and maintenance workflows.

Responsibilities

Define, deliver, and manage Forward Operations Life Support across RSAF Typhoon operations in KSA.
Ensure adherence to correct engineering practices across KSA.
Coordinate inputs to operational planning and contractual statistics with Typhoon Operations Manager and Forward Maintenance Team Leader.
Produce regular manpower and organisational reports, including Saudisation and recruitment trends.
Support EIS upgrades with Life Support teams and liaise with RSAF customers and partners.
