BAE Systems is seeking a qualified professional for the Typhoon Maintenance Organisation in Taif, Saudi Arabia. The role involves deputising for a senior employee, delivering shop component repair plan activities, and supporting operational readiness and performance metrics.

You will lead, train, and oversee RSAF personnel and BAE Systems staff in a safety-first environment. Essential qualifications include NVQ3/ONC/OND/BTEC level, 7+ years of post-qualification maintenance experience, and Saudi

Qualifications

Recognised qualification to NVQ3/ONC/OND/BTEC level in a relevant technical discipline or suitable equivalent.
7+ years post-qualification practical maintenance experience in operational flying aircraft environment, or 3 years on same aircraft type.
Proven leadership skills and ability to supervise engineering personnel at all levels.
Saudi or Expatriate must obtain Saudi Council of Engineers membership prior to starting in KSA; membership must be maintained.

Responsibilities

Deputises for a senior employee within the Typhoon Maintenance Organisation.
Provides functional direction, guidance, and duty of care for welfare, health & safety.
Delivers activities per the shop component repair plan and supports OR and KPM.
Maintains shop equipment, tooling, and approved data; raises deficiencies in approved data.
