Areeb Human Resources, Riyadh-based, seeks a Support Services Lead to oversee airport facilities operations in Riyadh. You will direct maintenance teams, implement preventive schedules, and coordinate upgrades to ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires extensive experience in civil/grounds maintenance, leadership of multi-site teams, and strong knowledge of safety and quality standards. A PE license or equivalent is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related engineering discipline.
• Master’s degree in Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, or Project Management is an advantage.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent (preferred).
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or CMRP (advantage).
• NEBOSH or OSHA certification (preferred).
• PMP certification (advantage).

• Participate in the planning and development of new facilities, providing input on civil, grounds, and road systems.

Experience Required:

• 5+ years of work experience.
• 8–10 years of experience in facility management, focusing on civil works, roads, and grounds maintenance.
• Has experience in stadiums.
• Experience in leading technical teams and managing multi-site operations is preferred.

Education Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related engineering discipline.
• Master’s Degree in Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, or Project Management is an advantage.
