Job summary

3 Point Hrm is recruiting for a dedicated Supply Planning professional in Saudi Arabia to own net requirements, align capacity with CMOs and in-house manufacturing, and maintain a single, live planning dashboard. The role focuses on turning demand into robust, on-time and in-full supply plans for oncology products.

You will ensure adherence to rolling 3-month plans, manage inventory levels, and coordinate with suppliers to minimise deltas and write-offs while optimising planning visibility

Qualifications

• Experience in supply planning for pharmaceutical manufacturing or similar complex supply chains.
• Ability to convert demand into net requirements and reconcile with stock, orders and BOM.
• Proven track record of improving OTIF and inventory performance.

Responsibilities

• Net requirement planning across Demand Planning, Procurement and CMOs.
• Convert demand into net requirements against stock, open orders and BOM; reconcile final requirements.
• Firm supply plans and review them for at least 3 months rolling; escalate constraints early.
• Capacity alignment with in-house manufacturing and CMOs; surface constraints early.
• Own secondary packing plans and track actualisation against plan.
• Follow-up with suppliers and CMOs; chase supplies if needed.

ROLE PURPOSE

Own supply planning for all CMO and in-house manufactured supplies turning demand into net requirements locking firm rolling supply plans aligning capacities and delivering supplies on time in full with optimised inventory The role is directly accountable for supply OTIF and for strengthening supply chain excellence for oncology patients

MANDATE 1

• Supply OTIF


• Raise on-time in-full delivery of CMO and in-house supplies including secondary packing


• OTIF of CMO amp in-house supplies 95


• Secondary packing plan vs actual 95


• Supplier follow-up delays escalated in time

MANDATE 2

• Firm amp Aligned Plans


• Keep the supply plan firm reconciled and capacity-aligned so the business can commit with confidence


• Firm supply plan confirmed 3 months rolling


• Net requirements reconciled by cycle cut-off


• Capacity aligned with CMOs amp manufacturing

MANDATE 3

• Inventory amp Data


• Optimise inventory and build one shared planning data view across Planning Procurement and Logistics


• Inventory days of cover vs target


• Expiry obsolete write-offs


• Single planning amp OTIF dashboard live

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
