The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in procurement or related fields, strong governance, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or capital projects procurement.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance awareness

Responsibilities

• Establish supplier relationship management processes for awarded MPA suppliers.
• Monitor supplier KPIs, service levels and delivery performance.
• Coordinate call-off administration with procurement, development, projects and suppliers.
• Lead regular supplier performance reviews and improvement actions.
• Resolve commercial, operational and relationship issues.
• Maintain supplier development plans and performance scorecards.

Jasara plays a key role in supporting the realization of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly in delivering giga-projects and large-scale infrastructure developments.

We are seeking a Supplier Relationship Manager to join JASARA PMC. This role will manage strategic supplier relationships following MPA award, ensuring supplier performance, call-off readiness, issue resolution and sustained value realization throughout contract execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish supplier relationship management processes for awarded MPA suppliers.
• Monitor supplier KPIs, service levels, capacity commitments, delivery performance and issue logs.
• Coordinate call-off administration with procurement, development, projects and suppliers.
• Lead regular supplier performance reviews and improvement actions.
• Resolve commercial, operational and relationship issues.
• Maintain supplier development plans, lessons learned and performance scorecards.
• 10+ years experience in procurement, supplier management, contract management or category management.
• Experience managing post-award supplier performance and contractual obligations.
• Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management,
• Quantity Surveying, Business or Law depending on role scope.
• Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, developer-led procurement or comparable capital project

environments.

• Strong stakeholder management, governance awareness, commercial discipline and ability to maintain complete procurement records.
