Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager - Architecture & Finishes to lead procurement of architectural finishes, building products and related categories across large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia.

You will develop category strategies, manage tenders from PQQ to award, and coordinate with design consultants to ensure market capability aligns with specifications while balancing cost, quality, lead times and warranties.

Qualifications

• 10+ years procurement experience in architectural finishes, fit-out or building materials.
• Experience managing tenders for construction products and finishes.
• Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business or Law depending on role scope.
• Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, developer-led procurement or comparable capital project environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, governance awareness, commercial discipline and ability to maintain complete procurement records.
