Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager - Architecture & Finishes to lead procurement of architectural finishes and building products, ensuring standardization and commercial leverage across residential product tiers.

You will oversee market engagement, PQQ, RFP, tender evaluations, BAFOs and award decisions, while coordinating with design consultants to align specs with market capability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years procurement experience, preferably in architectural finishes, fit-out or building materials.
• Experience managing tenders for construction products and finishes.
• Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline as listed.
• Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure or capital projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, governance awareness and procurement record-keeping.
• Coordinate with design specification consultants to align specifications with market capability.

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Manager - Architecture & Finishes to join JASARA PMC. Lead procurement of architectural, finishes and building product categories, ensuring standardization, commercial leverage and supplier capacity across residential product tiers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop category strategies for architectural finishes and building products.

• Lead market engagement, PQQ, RFP, tender evaluation, BAFO and award activities.

• Coordinate with design specification consultants to align specifications with market capability.

• Manage technical and commercial evaluation interfaces for architectural categories.

• Balance cost, quality, standardization, lead time and warranty obligations.
