Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) seeks a Senior Procurement Manager - MEP to lead procurement activities for MEP packages, ensuring technically compliant, commercially competitive and strategically aligned MPAs.

Lead sourcing strategies, EOIs and RFP processes while coordinating with technical and cost consultants to optimize supplier performance for Saudi mega-projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years procurement experience with significant exposure to MEP packages.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, supplier markets, interfaces and commercial drivers.
• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure or capital projects environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for MEP categories aligned with objectives.
• Lead EOI, PQQ, RFP, evaluation, BAFO, recommendation and award processes.
• Coordinate with MEP technical advisors, design consultants and cost consultants.
• Lead supplier market sounding, longlisting, prequalification and supplier capability assessments.
• Prepare commercial analysis, negotiation strategies and award recommendations.
• Manage category schedules, risks, issues, approvals and stakeholder communications.

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Manager - MEP to join JASARA PMC. This role will lead the procurement activities for MEP-related material categories ensuring technically compliant, commercially competitive and strategically aligned MPAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for MEP categories aligned with QMM objectives.

• Lead EOI, PQQ, RFP, evaluation, BAFO, recommendation and award processes.

• Coordinate with MEP technical advisors, design consultants and cost consultants.

• Lead supplier market sounding, longlisting, prequalification and supplier capability assessments.

• Prepare commercial analysis, negotiation strategies and award recommendations.

• Manage category schedules, risks, issues, approvals and stakeholder communications.

• 10+ years procurement experience with significant exposure to MEP packages.

• Strong understanding of MEP systems, supplier markets, technical interfaces and commercial drivers.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business or Law depending on role scope.

• Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, developer-led procurement or comparable capital project environments.

• Strong stakeholder management, governance awareness, commercial discipline and ability to maintain complete procurement records.
