ALBAIK Food Systems Co. is seeking a Procurement Specialist in Jeddah to support purchasing activities, supplier coordination, and timely delivery of materials and services. You will handle purchase requests, compare supplier quotations, and negotiate terms with suppliers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, 2+ years of procurement experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, and strong Excel skills. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on procurement experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for procurement activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of purchasing processes, supplier sourcing, and quotation evaluation.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.
