Taj HR in Medina, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Procurement Specialist to manage daily procurement and purchasing activities, develop supplier relationships, obtain competitive quotations, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years procurement experience, strong negotiation and coordination skills, and be fluent in Chinese and Arabic. Knowledge of English and familiarity with the Saudi supplier market will be considered an advantage.
