Job summary

Siemens Energy in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Testing and Commissioning Engineer to lead testing and commissioning of substation products and systems on live projects. You will collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years on construction sites, with strong English and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
5+ years of construction site experience.
Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Excellent English proficiency, written and spoken.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Strong problem-solving and adaptability to diverse cultural needs.

Responsibilities

Test and commission substation products and partial systems for customers.
Facilitate technical clarifications with sub-suppliers, designers, and service providers.
Plan and develop site logistics for installation and commissioning activities.
Support project managers in risk and claim management.
Supervise site activities to ensure alignment with project plans and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with EHS requirements and proper handling of testing tools.
