Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Testing and Commissioning Engineer to lead testing and commissioning of substation products and systems at installation sites. You will work with project managers and stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery across projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, at least 5 years on construction sites, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site environments.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and commissioning of substation products and partial systems for customers.
• Facilitate technical clarifications with sub-suppliers, designers, and service providers.
• Plan and develop site logistics for installation and commissioning activities.
• Support project managers in risk and claim management.
• Supervise site activities to ensure alignment with project plans and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements and proper handling of testing tools.
