KBR, Inc. in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to qualify suppliers, issue RFPs, evaluate proposals and maintain subcontract files. You will oversee subcontracts from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with company policies and laws.
Responsibilities include negotiating terms, monitoring performance, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with finance, legal and project management to ensure seamless subcontract execution in a complex project environment.
Title: Subcontracts Administrator
Qualifies suppliers, issues requests for proposals, evaluates proposals, maintains subcontract files in accordance to established procedures. Oversee and manage subcontracts from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Negotiate: Negotiate subcontract terms and conditions, including price, delivery, quality, and performance requirements.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and company standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all subcontract activities and documents.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with governing and applicable laws and relevant regulations of the Subcontract.
Coordination: Work closely with various departments, including finance, projects control, legal and project management, to ensure seamless subcontract execution.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience:
For Saudi Nationals -Minimum 3 years’ experience in subcontract administration or contract management is required
For Expatriates -Minimum 5 years’ experience in subcontract administration or contract management is required
Skills: Well versed in Computer Microsoft Package, Negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
