We are seeking a strategy and research specialist to join our Strategy and Research team.
The Strategy and Research team is responsible for quantifying the effectiveness of cultural offerings and monitoring strategic initiatives. The team provides data-driven insights to refine organizational programming and ensures that initiatives align with overarching strategic goals and desired impact through analysis and performance tracking.
Your primary role is to evolve our success metrics by shifting the focus from simple reach tracking to the quantification of meaningful social and behavioral change. You will be responsible for enhancing comprehensive impact measurement frameworks that provide the insights necessary to optimize cultural offerings and validate the long‑term influence of our strategic initiatives.
