ARAMCO is seeking a strategy and research specialist to quantify the effectiveness of cultural offerings and monitor strategic initiatives. The role focuses on evolving success metrics to capture meaningful social and behavioral change and to validate long-term impact of initiatives.

You will design and lead quantitative and qualitative research, develop instruments, and produce dashboards that translate data into strategic insights for management.

Formación

• Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research projects.
• Develop survey instruments and conduct focus groups and interviews.
• Lead the creation and enhancement of impact measurement tools and KPIs.
• Align measurement methodologies with strategic goals.
• Proven ability to explain technical findings in simple terms.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research projects to evaluate center performance and visitor experience.
• Develop survey instruments and conduct focus groups and interviews to identify trends for growth.
• Lead creation of impact measurement tools and KPIs to quantify social and cultural returns.
• Monitor strategic initiatives to ensure milestones are met and risks identified.
• Produce reports and dashboards translating data into actionable insights.
