Job summary

Datamatics Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Transformation Lead in Saudi Arabia to drive strategic business and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. You will lead cross-functional programs, establish roadmaps, manage executive stakeholders, and ensure value realization through process and technology-led improvements.

The role requires 10+ years in transformation, program leadership, and enterprise change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in Business Transformation, Digital Transformation, Program Management, or Strategy Execution.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives within enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in program management methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders and steering committees.
• Demonstrated success in process improvement and organizational change initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation programs aligned with organizational strategy and business objectives.
• Develop and execute transformation roadmaps, identifying key initiatives, milestones, and success metrics.
• Drive business process optimization, operating model enhancements, and organizational change initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for efficiency, growth, and innovation.
• Establish governance frameworks, program controls, and transformation reporting mechanisms.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning.
• Ensure effective stakeholder engagement across executive leadership, business functions, and delivery teams.
• Lead change management activities, including communication, training, and adoption strategies.
• Track and measure transformation benefits, KPIs, and value realization.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
