Job summary

Datamatics Technologies LLC seeks an experienced Transformation Lead in Saudi Arabia to drive strategic business and digital transformations across the organization. You will lead cross-functional programs, establish roadmaps, manage stakeholders, and realize benefits through process, operation, and technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in transformation, strong program management experience, and a track record of enterprise-scale delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in Business Transformation, Digital Transformation, Program Management, or Strategy Execution.
Proven experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives within enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in program management methodologies and governance frameworks.
Experience managing executive stakeholders and steering committees.
Demonstrated success in process improvement, operational excellence, and organizational change initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end transformation programs aligned with organizational strategy and business objectives.
Develop and execute transformation roadmaps, identifying key initiatives, milestones, and success metrics.
Drive business process optimization, operating model enhancements, and organizational change initiatives.
Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for efficiency, growth, and innovation.
Establish governance frameworks, program controls, and transformation reporting mechanisms.
Manage program risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning.
Ensure effective stakeholder engagement across executive leadership, business functions, and delivery teams.
Lead change management activities, including communication, training, and adoption strategies.
Track and measure transformation benefits, KPIs, and value realization.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
