Power International Holding (PIH) in Saudi Arabia seeks a Managing Quantity Surveyor to maximize project margins through proactive procurement, cost control and reporting. You will drive value from suppliers and subcontractors and lead commercial decisions across projects.

Responsibilities include monthly valuations, cashflow forecasts, variations, final accounts, tender vetting, and ensuring adherence to commercial processes.

Formación

• Accurate monthly forecasting and cost challenge capability.
• Meet deadlines in line with the monthly commercial calendar.
• Strong English technical-writing ability.
• Ability to work independently or lead a project team.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out monthly valuations of work in progress and forecast final costs.
• Prepare and monitor project cashflow forecasts.
• Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations.
• Advise project staff on commercial and contractual matters.
• Prepare, submit and negotiate project final accounts.
• Commercial vetting of sub-contractor tenders and contracts.
• Certification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts.
• Ensure business commercial processes are adhered to at project level.
• Assist in purchasing targeting and costing budgets.
• Manage and produce accurate formal reports in accordance with timetable.
