• 2 years experience sales administration experience.
• Salesforce experience; SAP/Oracle would be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Create timelines and provide regular status updates to line managers and stakeholders.
• Review contracts per company policy and assist with commercial qualifications and negotiations.
• Prepare tenders, proposals, and pre-qualification responses covering technical, commercial, and contractual aspects.
• Collaborate with Product Line and Commercial teams to develop competitive proposals and optimize pricing.
• Ensure all proposals meet brand guidelines and internal quality standards.
• Capture and translate competitive advantages into winning client propositions.
• Support contract handover to operations and ensure smooth close-out.
