Job summary

Weatherford in Saudi Arabia seeks a Commercial Operations Specialist to coordinate tender and proposal submissions, gathering input from the Product Line and country stakeholders. You will manage contract reviews and CRM workflows, ensuring compliant, high-quality proposals.

Fluency in English and strong communication are essential. RFQ processing and 2+ years in sales administration are required, with Salesforce/SAP/Oracle familiarity advantageous.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or Finance is required.
2 years of sales administration experience.
Experience with RFQ processing and tender management.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead tender/proposal submissions with cross-functional input from Product Line and country stakeholders.
Review contracts and assist with commercial qualifications and negotiations.
Prepare tenders, proposals and pre-qualification responses including technical, commercial and contractual aspects.
Develop best-in-class proposals to influence Weatherford’s competitive and financial position.
Ensure all proposals meet brand guidelines and customer requirements.
