Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing project management role in telecom.
• Domain experience: Telecom BSS.
• Knowledge: Charging, Billing, Mediation, Catalog Manager, Order Care.
• PMI PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience with multi-national, virtual teams.
• Experience with Ericsson Business Process (EBP), ITIL, eTOM.

Responsibilities

• Establish the project plan baseline and secure resources.
• Drive project execution, track activities, manage changes and risks.
• Handle project finances and ensure cost control.
• Engage customers and partners to build trust and progress.
• Ensure delivery aligns with contract and business case.
• Mentor project team and support growth.
