Smart Life Contracting in Riyadh is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and delivery of telecom and network infrastructure projects. The role is on-site and full-time in Riyadh, with opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate will coordinate between clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery. PMP is a plus; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 2–5 years of telecom project coordination or project support experience.
• Knowledge of LTE/5G, telecom systems, CCTV or network infrastructure.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate telecom and network deployment projects from initiation to completion.
• Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Communicate with clients, field engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and meeting minutes.
• Monitor project progress and escalate delays or risks when required.
• Support site surveys, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with telecom standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities and resource allocation.
• Assist project managers with procurement, logistics, and administrative coordination.
