Job summary

Lifera is seeking a Technology Business Specialist who will bridge business stakeholders and Digital & IT delivery teams to elicit, analyze, validate, and document requirements, optimize operational workflows, and support scalable enterprise digital solutions across Lifera’s expanding biopharma operations.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, coordinate UAT, guide change management, and contribute to product roadmaps and transformation initiatives using strong BA frameworks (BABOK) and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or MIS is required.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in business/systems analysis or IT delivery.
• Strong knowledge of BA frameworks (BABOK) and SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Experience with process mapping (BPMN) and standard tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business and technical requirements for enterprise systems and digital solutions.
• Analyze workflows, identify gaps, and design IT-enabled process improvements.
• Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and project managers to define scope and backlogs.
• Support solution delivery, configuration reviews, system integration, and documentation.
• Facilitate UAT, define test criteria, coordinate feedback, and track defects.
• Prepare end-user documentation, deliver training, and champion change management.
• Contribute to digital product roadmaps and strategic IT initiatives.
