Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Technology Transformation, Operational Technology, or related environments.
- Deep expertise in business requirements analysis, process transformation, gap analysis, BI, data analytics, and enterprise tech solutions.
- Experience in enterprise-wide transformation programmes and technology modernization initiatives.
- Strong communication, influence, and team leadership across senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and continuous improvement of business and technology capabilities across Riyadh Air.
- Translate operational requirements into scalable technology solutions delivering business outcomes.
- Drive identification, validation and prioritisation of requirements to inform technology investments.
- Guide governance, KPI monitoring, and data-driven decision making across the organization.
- Shape roadmaps, architecture, and transformation programs in alignment with enterprise goals.
