Job summary

Careerwebsite is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to translate business needs into effective technology and processes. You will work with stakeholders, IT teams, project managers, and subject-matter experts to document requirements, map current processes, and design To-Be solutions that drive improvements.

Responsibilities include BRD/FRS development, requirement gathering, creating process maps, supporting UAT, and ensuring alignment with SDLC, Agile, BPMN, and ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in business/process analysis and requirements management.
• Strong experience with stakeholders (business and technical).

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Analyze and document As-Is processes and define To-Be processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements.
• Prepare BRD, FRS, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper implementation.
• Facilitate communication among users, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Support solution evaluation with business input.
• Participate in requirements validation, walkthroughs, and design reviews.
• Create and maintain process maps and data-flow diagrams.
• Support UAT with test scenarios and defect clarification.
