Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Corporate Banking projects.
• Strong SDLC knowledge.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements from Corporate Banking stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into detailed Functional Requirements and documents.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Development teams to design scalable banking solutions.
• Participate in SDLC activities including testing and deployment support.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams and maintain requirements traceability.
