Job summary

Visa in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant Technical Program Manager to lead complex, technology-driven payment projects within Client Services Advisory, Onboarding and Implementation.

You will manage end-to-end programs, advise executives, and coordinate cross-functional teams across regions, ensuring strategic alignment and successful delivery of payment solutions. Fluent English and Arabic are required; 8+ years in TPM with payments background preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Business or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Technical Program Management, IT Consulting, or Technical Implementation.
• Deep understanding of payment processing and related technologies.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale, multi-country client onboarding and complex solution implementations.
• Lead the overall program plan and coordinate delivery across client and internal stakeholder groups.
• Advise client C-suite executives and senior leadership throughout implementations.
• Represent client requirements across Visa teams and decision-making forums.
• Establish governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Drive speed to execution and ensure high client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Lead pre-sales engagements including solution positioning and deal structuring.
• Contribute to development and launch of new service offerings aligned with market needs.
• Partner with Sales, Product and other stakeholders to deliver joint projects.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant Technical Program Manager to join our Client Services Advisory Onboarding and Implementation team in Saudi Arabia In this highly visible role you will drive complex technology-driven payment solutions by providing dedicated program management implementation support and technical expertise You will be expected to lead and execute high-quality non-routine market‑wide complex projects as well as tactical and strategic client initiatives This includes providing end-to-end project and program management across cross‑functional workstreams and multiple initiatives required to achieve business objectives The ideal candidate is a hybrid professional a strong technical program manager with a solid technical background in payments a trusted client advisor and a growth‑minded individual who will help strengthen and scale the Advisory Implementation value proposition across CEMEA

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee large‑scale multi‑country client onboarding and complex solution implementations ensuring strategic alignment effective execution and measurable business outcomes


• Serve as the client s single point of contact SPOC leading the development of the overall program plan and coordinating delivery across client and internal stakeholder groups


• Act as a trusted advisor to client C‑suite executives and senior leadership providing strategic and technical guidance throughout implementation projects


• Represent and advocate for the client s operational and commercial requirements across internal Visa teams and decision‑making forums


• Establish and maintain program governance risk management and compliance frameworks to support disciplined and flawless execution


• Drive speed to execution reduce client burden and ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle


• Lead pre‑sales engagements including solution positioning proposal development deal structuring and executive‑level discussions


• Contribute to the development and launch of new service offerings aligned with market needs


• Partner with VCA Sales Product and other internal stakeholders to deliver joint projects and identify new Advisory opportunities


• Identify and implement operational efficiencies to improve service delivery enhance scalability and reduce costs

We are looking for an individual who brings breadth of experience, a curiosity about payments, is results‑driven and client focused. As a candidate, you should have: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 8+ years of progressive experience in Technical Program Management, IT Consulting, or Technical Implementation, preferably within the payments, fintech, or financial services industry. Proven track record of managing complex technical from initiation to launch. Deep understanding of payment processing, card scheme operations, authorization, clearing, settlement, and emerging payment technologies. Fluent in English and Arabic

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting Acumen: Strong ability to manage client expectations and identify commercial opportunities.


• Methodology: Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and traditional project management.


• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CSM, or Prince2 are preferred.


• Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate highly technical concepts to non‑technical business leaders.


• Location: Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian financial and technology landscape.
