The successful candidate will oversee complex transactions, manage cross‑functional projects, and liaise with authorities while operating in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; advanced qualification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead tax planning, compliance, and controversy management
• Design and implement tax strategies to optimize efficiency and compliance
• Provide strategic advisory on complex transactions including M&A and restructurings
• Translate tax policy into actionable execution plans for executives
• Prepare decks and strategic reports for leadership
• Manage audits and liaise with authorities
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and accounting teams
• Monitor domestic and international tax developments and impacts

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

MBA / JD / LLM preferred

CPA CMA EA certification required

Leadership or consulting experience

Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
