Responsibilities

• Lead complex Corporate Tax and International Tax Advisory engagements for major clients.
• Provide senior-level guidance on corporate taxation and international tax matters.
• Advise on Transfer Pricing interactions with broader tax strategies.
• Review technical positions for practical and robust recommendations.
• Lead discussions with CFOs and senior decision-makers.
• Develop executive relationships and expand client accounts.
• Originate new advisory opportunities through market engagement.
• Lead proposals, pitches, and engagement negotiations.
• Develop strategies to grow the Corporate Tax Advisory practice.
• Oversee multiple engagements ensuring scope, quality and timelines.
