Job summary

Saudi Gold Refinery (SGR) in Riyadh seeks a Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, logistics and warehousing. The role will optimize inventory for critical chemicals and spare parts while maintaining strict AML and due-diligence standards in a highly regulated environment.

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead strategic sourcing for high‑value materials, secure logistics contracts, manage inventory reconciliations, and drive digital tracking for end‑to‑end visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering.
• Ten years of supply chain experience in mining, construction or heavy industry is mandatory.
• Proven expertise in managing secure logistics for high-value commodities is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Customs regulations and international trade laws is required.
• Experience with ERP systems for inventory and procurement management is necessary.
• Fluency in English is required for global supplier negotiations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a 24/7 industrial environment is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for dore bars and industrial chemicals to ensure cost-effective supply.
• Manage armored transport contracts and coordinate with Saudi Customs for import/export of high-value goods.
• Oversee monthly reconciliations of precious metal inventories and optimize stock levels for maintenance spares.
• Lead the supply chain team, set performance goals, and provide training on compliance protocols.
• Identify potential supply disruptions and develop contingency plans to maintain continuity.
• Implement digital tracking tools to enhance visibility and traceability across the supply chain.
