Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business, or Engineering is required.
• Ten years of supply chain experience in mining, construction or heavy industry is mandatory.
• Proven expertise in managing secure logistics for high-value commodities is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Customs regulations and international trade laws is required.
• Experience with ERP systems for inventory and procurement management is necessary.
• Fluency in English is required for global supplier negotiations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a 24/7 industrial environment is expected.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing for dore bars and industrial chemicals to ensure cost-effective supply.
• Secure Logistics: manage armored transport contracts and coordinate customs imports/exports.
• Inventory Control: monthly reconciliations and optimization of stock for maintenance spares.
• Vendor Management: evaluate supplier performance and audits for ethical sourcing and stability.
• Process Optimization: implement digital tracking tools for visibility and traceability across the supply chain.
• Team Leadership: lead the supply chain team with clear goals and compliance training.
• Risk Mitigation: identify disruptions and develop contingency plans to maintain continuity.
