Job summary

Saudi Gold Refinery (SGR) is hiring a Supply Chain Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to oversee procurement, logistics and warehouses. You will optimize inventory levels for critical chemicals and spare parts to support continuous operations, while enforcing strict vendor risk, AML and due diligence controls.

The role reports to the CEO, driving sourcing and logistics efficiency with rigorous compliance across a highly regulated metals value chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering is required.
• Ten years of supply chain experience in mining, construction or heavy industry.
• Proven expertise in managing secure logistics for high-value commodities.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Customs regulations and international trade laws.
• Experience with ERP systems for inventory and procurement management.
• Fluency in English for global supplier negotiations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a 24/7 industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing for dore bars and industrial chemicals to ensure cost-effective and reliable supply.
• Manage armored transport contracts and coordinate with Saudi Customs for import/export of high-value goods.
• Oversee monthly reconciliations of precious metal inventories and optimize stock levels for maintenance spares.
• Implement digital tracking tools to enhance visibility and traceability across the supply chain.
• Lead the supply chain team by setting performance goals and providing training on compliance protocols.
• Identify potential supply disruptions and develop contingency plans to maintain operational continuity.
