Job summary

WSP seeks a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager for major infrastructure and masterplan projects in Saudi Arabia. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, and maintain strong client relationships with government authorities and developers.

You will drive execution plans, risk controls, commercial performance, and governance while coordinating with technical teams to deliver high‑impact projects across the Kingdom.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 12–15+ years in engineering consultancy, infra delivery or major programmes.
• Experience with international consultancies and Saudi Arabia projects.
• Strong client-facing skills with government entities and developers.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate complex deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of large infrastructure and masterplan projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary design and delivery teams across all phases.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, resources, and delivery strategies.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality standards.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrated delivery.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Support governance, risk management, and project controls.
• Oversee commercial aspects: budgets, forecasts, and contracts.
• Provide technical leadership and promote value engineering.
