Job summary

Kinetic Business Solutions seeks a Legal Counsel to join the team in Riyadh. The role focuses on providing legal advice across commercial, contractual, regulatory and corporate matters within a leading pharmaceutical environment.

You will draft, review and negotiate diverse commercial agreements, identify risks, and support senior stakeholders with practical legal guidance while coordinating with authorities and external advisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law is required.
• 5–8+ years' legal experience, ideally in pharma/regulatory sectors.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• Strong experience in commercial contracts, regulatory matters and legal risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice across commercial, contractual, regulatory and corporate matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial agreements and contracts.
• Identify legal and compliance risks and provide business-focused recommendations.
• Support senior stakeholders with legal guidance on business activities and decisions.
• Manage and support disputes, litigation, investigations and regulatory matters.
• Liaise with government authorities and external legal advisors as needed.
• Support licensing, transactions and other legal projects.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Work closely with internal teams to provide timely legal support.
