Job summary

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a Site Acquisition Manager to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and secure new store locations across targeted regions to support the company’s expansion.

You will lead field visits, landlord negotiations, and due diligence to ensure viable sites and timely delivery; require a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of site acquisition experience, with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Strong knowledge of real estate and commercial leasing.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Scout and identify new potential store locations across targeted regions through active field visits.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities from field visits, broker networks, and market intelligence.
Secure high-quality photos and videos during site visits to document the location, environment, and accessibility.
Provide preliminary site and contact reports to the Acquisition Managers for further commercial evaluation.
Introduce new developers, landlords, and market contacts to the acquisition team to expand sourcing channels
